They offered me a free inspection, as I have been seeing sewer roaches, they suggested we buy some drain cleaner and didn’t try to upsell us. I called another service, who immediately wanted to charge me 300 without even coming out to inspect! These people are honest and professional!

Craig Civitella of AZ Pest Control has been providing excellent service for his company AZ PEST Control. He is friendly, competent and thorough in his work. He observes the activity at the bait stations, makes bait changes and shares what he is seeing with me. I used to have a problem with rodent droppings on my back porch, but not anymore thanks to AZ PEST Control. I highly recommend Craig and AZ PEST Control.

Arizona Pest Control helped me immensely with a mouse problem recently. My budget is very tight and they were able to resolve the issue with very reasonable prices and provide recommendations to prevent further issues saving me thousands of dollars. Todd was the technician on the job and he is great at his job! I highly recommend this company and I will certainly be calling them again for any pest control needs I have.

We have had Arizona Pest Control for probably 15 years. We have both the termite and bug contracts. We have been extremely satisfied with them. Chris J, our bug tech, is so pleasant to deal with, always on time if not early, and very thorough. We seldom see bugs in our yard. Chris is excellent about being mindful of our dog.

Our technician did a great job. He showed up on time, was respectful of us and our property. He answered all of our questions and concerns, told us what to watch out for if needed and even had a checklist of things that needed to be done before he left. He was friendly, knowledgeable and left the work areas clean. Glad to come back to Arizona Pest Control! We found that their prices are fair and competitive. All staff we had interaction with on the phone were a big help & we let them know we appreciate their efforts. There’s a reason this company has been around for as long as it has. Plus, we wanted to give our business to a family-owned business and not some Corporate Entity. Kudos to AZ Pest Control.

Arizona Pest Control is by far the absolute BEST pest control company I’ve ever used. We originally used them in the height of monsoon season in Tucson to wage a LOTR-esque battle against the scourge that is bugs. The results are fantastic! I imagined we’d see fewer bugs, but the service went well beyond: we saw almost NO bugs. It was pretty incredible. We then hired them to eliminate the mice/rats we saw.The rodent service was, well, killer! We went from seeing a few rats a day to absolutely none within a few weeks. That’s all one needs in a rodent service. I doubt anyone else could do it better!AZPest: thank you so much for all the work! Y’all rock!

Since Arizona Pest Control is family owned, customer service is very high. Formerly for 17 years I used Northwest Exterminating until they were purchased by a conglomerate when customer service went to abysmal; moved to Dorado Exterminating since they were family owned and customer service was very high but they have been bought by a conglomerate and customer service became abysmal, thus with Arizona Pest Control now.

Great pest control results! We had been struggling with our landlord not providing pest control despite an alarming number of pests in our rental. We hired Arizona Pest Control to start service and within 2 months of service all our pest problems were basically 0. Their technicians are really friendly and knowledgeable too.

They take care of outside/ Inside when requested and for the exterior you don’t even need to be home. I like how flexible they are if you need to reschedule. I have used AZ Pest Control at two properties in Tucson. I’m very pleased with their customer service, inspection, services offered, price, and guarantee. Other similar businesses treat you like a faceless stranger. AZ Pest Control communicates with empathy and sympathy, like your problem is their problem. They give options for treatment, if it’s needed. If there’s another need in the future, AZ Pest Control will be my first call.

We used Arizona Pest Control for a general pest control service, and they were relatively affordable compared to other services in Tucson. The scheduling staff worked around our schedule and answered all of our questions. We had one small snag: We were told we that our package included a follow-up treatment 30 days after the initial treatment, but we never heard from them to schedule and we ended up calling them to schedule, which was a minor extra step. It could have definitely been a misunderstanding on our end. In the end, I would use them again!

We had our regularly scheduled insect spraying (outside the house) every two months. Our technician, Jason Santisteban, was great. He was, as he always is, professional, proficient, and pleasant. He does his work quickly and thoroughly. But still a pleasant and kind person. Employees like Jason are why we patronize Arizona Pest Control. You are fortunate to have such an awesome employee.

This team is the best! They have done my pest control for the 6.5 years I have lived in Arizona. I have had two technicians. One retired and Chris J. has been doing a fantastic job on my house for years. Anytime I call the main line to leave him a message the office staff are so friendly and helpful. A few days ago we heard a mouse in the attic. Arizona Pest Control came out, they did an extensive investigation and found small issues that we could address ourselves. We called another company and the estimate was over $2,000 and they did not point out the smaller issues that Arizona Pest found (small holes in our stucco at the base). Our agent was named Todd, he was excellent. He explained to us some problems and also why we do not need to hire him currently. We will gladly hire this company in the future because of their clear integrity. There was no pressure, just an education. Todd spoke highly of the company and was truly kind. If they say there is a problem, then there really is a problem because they had no interest in up charging which was really special.
